i telephoned 2 different numbers on 5 separate occasions to make an appointment with audiology and each time i got an answerphone .i left messages but nobody ever phoned me back.i have also had the same problem in the past with the same department and so because of this i have now applied to transfer my treatment to another hospital despite the fact that it will now set me back several weeks before i can get to see anybody. i have also been unable to find any way of making a proper complaint so have had to do it by review..

Hello, Further to my e-mail response yesterday I have been asked to enquire whether you are able to please let me have the telephone number or numbers that you tried calling.
