What I liked
The warm, friendly atmosphere on the ward, and the care and understanding by the staff, by the Doctors and Nursing staff. I felt like a human being, not just a name!
What could be improved
As the ward was a mixed ward, and only one bathroom/toilet was available, this was the only complaint I had.
Anything else?
The Doctor involved in my treatment was extremely helpful, and although very busy, they still had time to sit down and explain the procedure with me.Thank you Dr.
