"Phone support disapointment"

About: The Maidstone Hospital

Having made a five star service review with regard service at the hospital I tried to phone the centre as I was having trouble with my doctors on getting a repeat prescription on my medication On trying to phone several times (and I mean loads) no i ever answers even when I tried to phone main switchboard I get put through t o a voicmail that states it mayor may not get back to you as they decide the inportance of the message However I feel it is important when I have a build up of pressure and cannot get a repeat prescription even One day later I still have not had a response recall back very dissapointed wiith this part of the service
