"Excellent Care"

I have been registered with St James Health Centre in Liverpool now for about 4-5 years. In all my time there, the GPs and the staff are professional, caring, and supportive - validating my person that gives me dignity. They have and still help me through illness, nutritional needs, employment concerns, and life choices I need to make. The team there are part of my support system. Not once have they ever given me a cause for doubt or concern. Recently I have had a traumatic experience that has left me shaken and they are so reassuring. I feel grateful to them for always being there for me.

In terms of what could be improved I think a board with new staff faces and names.
