(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I attended counselling sessions with Lizzie from April to July this year after being diagnosed with reactive depression following a sudden bereavement.

The support I received from her enable me to cope better with my loss and a number of other difficult issues I faced at this period of time. This journey is not over for me yet, but I am in a better place now and really appreciate the support I received.
