"Growth behind my ear turns out to be a wart"

I was called promptly for my 11am appointment and greeted in a very friendly manner by Dr. Shroud. He examined the growth behind my right ear and immediately, to my great relief, pronounced it as a harmless wart. He showed me a picture of such a wart on a chart. No further action was needed and I could cancel my back up hospital appointment at the QMC. He also examined other warts on my body. Nothing could have improved the excellent attention that I received and I felt very impressed with the service.
