"The NHS really came through for him and us, his family"

About: Western General Hospital / Oncology

(as a relative),

my father was admitted to ward 54 during July 2014 and was treated by all the staff with kindness.

The wonderful people on the ward were unfailingly cheery could not do enough for dad and all the staff from the specialist, doctors, nurses, tea people etc were really great.

My dad died peacefully after having his 90th birthday with cake, cards and visitors

Many thanks the NHS really came through for him and us, his family, despite the long hours and workload you endure you never let us down, god bless you all
