I was admitted to hospital on in late May 2014 as I was unsafe to go home as I self harm and have suicidal thoughts. During my stay at hospital the staff made me feel welcomed and safe. When I was low in mood, the staff helped me, changed my mood around or got me something to do as a distraction so I didn't harm myself. Then they got me a place at Woodbourne Priory, a mental health hospital to get the help I needed. I got moved there in early June and was discharged 6 weeks later. Thanks to them I had the experience to get help and learn to cope with anxiety and stress. Thank you xxx
