"Everyone was pleasant and nothing was too much trouble"

About: Good Hope Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as a relative),

Visited the trauma clinic today with my mum who had fractured her foot. Saw Mr Jain.

Excellent care and service by both Mr Jain, Simon and his team of nurses and clerical staff. Everyone was pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Very efficient service from both the clinic and the orthotic department.

Just wanted to praise the department as people are too quick to complain.

Dear Ginger1

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your feedback.

I was really pleased to hear your experience of the trauma clinic-it's not an area that many patients have fed back about on this site!

I will ensure your feedback is passed on to the clinical team-they will be thrilled!

Thanks again

Ann Marie
