There has been a complete lack of communication here, nobody is telling us anything. We have been waiting for the doctors to talk to us, sometimes they don't event come once a day.
Yesterday I had an operation and I didn't even know I was going for it, the nurses didn't know either, the porter just turned up with no warning. We have heard nothing after A&E.
I had no food for 3 days, I was fed by mouth but nobody told me why. The environment here is worse than other wards I've been on, the environment could be improved with a radio or TV or something.
The nursing staff are all good but are just not enough of them.
