As well as research into my case history - CAT Scan for Kidney Stone - the technician - Joe Kearney, explained and reassured me about my fllexible cystoscopy, a worrying procedure FOR ME, to the highest and clearest levels I have experienced.
His follow-up after the Multi Discipline Case review later that afternoon enabled my GP to refer me to A&E Surgical Assessment Unit at Stoke Mandeville where l was admitted there and then with Full Fluid and 3 x Fluid Antibiotic treatments overnight.
This lead to a further CAT Scan and subsequent Abscess Drain and Antibiotic & Fluids treatment regimes.
