"Excellent outpatient dept"

My son has been discharged today from ENT following 3 outpatients appointments at Stafford hospital. We chose to go to stafford as the wait for uhns was far longer. I'm so glad we opted to go to stafford as each time the appointment has taken no more than 45 mins including an ear test and consultation. Staff we're friendly, patient areas clean and level of service of a high standard. Not sure why uhns are potentially taking over services as having been to outpatients there previously they could learn a great deal from stafford with regards patient care. Don't believe the hype stafford outpatient is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
