"The only place I will go"

I am sorry that the waiting times vary on the differing sites. We are constantly reviewing services and where possible we will work with local commissioners to see whether services can be provided closer to home. Some patients on anti coagulation therapy attend a local pharmacy led phlebotomy service and that model may be able to be rolled out for other patients. We certainly will do our utmost to reduce waiting times and improve the experience for our attending patients.
