"Helpful heart failure service in Rotherham"

About: Adult community services / Heart failure support services

(as the patient),

I was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy in 2008. I have found the specialist exercise programme to be excellent. Sarah the heart failure nurse has been brilliant. I think it would be helpful if the exercise programme was extended. I also think it would be better if results from the cardiologist arrived more quickly.
