(as a service user),

I have had very good physio treatment at St. Helens hospital and the physio Fiona Dance has really helped me and I am now able to use my neck muscles much more due to the excellent treatment.

I am also very pleased with the efficiency of the whole process except having to ring the appointment team for every session which I need as I feel that this should be done at the hospital as this is very time consuming and as I am very busy at work, I find it difficult to make phone calls in work time.
