"Invaluable service, though some nurses have cold hands!"

About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Huyton

(as the patient),

I have been going to the Huyton Primary Care centre for a few weeks to have dressings on my leg treated. I have been going there for some time now for various treatments; the service has always been very good. The care, attention and courtesy shown is excellent. I don’t know what we would do without this service – they see to people of all ages, it is absolutely invaluable.

If I have a complaint, it is a very minor one: some of the nurses there have very cold hands!
