"She stayed with us until my husband was OK"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

We called for an ambulance when my husband was not well. The paramedic who attended was a lady called Tracy; we were so impressed with her! She was so efficient, so kind and helpful going through every detail with us.

Tracy stayed with us for over an hour making sure my husband was completely OK before she left.

I wanted you to know how impressed we were with the care we received.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I hope your husband is feeling much better now.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients, and their families, when they need us most. Not every patient needs to go to hospital and South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is committed to delivering better and better care every year, ensuring that all our patients get the right care in the right place at the right time.
