When I attended this clinic last August the doctor’s pen did not work so I gave him one of mine. It had a little saying on it about the power of prayer and seeing this the doctor said if I had no faith in him I should go somewhere else.
During the appointment I asked him how he had missed that I was de-hydrated, he said he did not know anything about any blood tests even though he had taken my blood. He took the blood himself because the person with him was not qualified.
I went through all of my symptoms after which he said I must be feeling pretty grotty and then I was sent home.
At 2. 00am I had a call from the hospital asking how I was feeling! Because of the blood test results they said I should go to the hospital straight away – my son and daughter took me to East Surrey hospital, they did not send an ambulance. I was eventually admitted for 4 days, given lots of pills, blood transfusions and steroids. If they had looked at my notes they would have seen that steroids do not agree with me, as a result I was out of action from August to April. It took me that long to recover.
