About: Medway Maritime Hospital

my appointment was at 10 50 at fist ther was 30 minute wait then 45 minute wait then an hour wait then hour and a half wait then at 12 50 i was seen by the consultant it was very hot in area 5 even though the fans where on .it was on the hottest day friday the 18th july why is there always a long wait to see this consultant.i dont like to moan just sort the waiting time out please
