(as the patient),

In mid-July 2014, I finished a course of radiotherapy treatment.

I would like to thank all the staff and Dr Sreenivasan and Mr Dahar, for the care, consideration and compassion during my treatment, which at times for me was embarrassing, and could have been humiliating. The care shown to me was amazing and put me at ease.

Hopefully the long term outlook is good, but I have no fear that the treatment if further is necessary will be handled with the care and professionalism shown to me this last months.
