(as the patient),

My matron nurse Anne Devlin is wonderful! I cannot fault her impeccable professionalim and her tremendous ability as a carer. Having had pneumonia, along with emphysemia, she has truly eased my road to recovery. The matron nurse service is fantastic. I am very prone to chest infections and it is knowing that my nurse is so depenadable which raises my spirtits during my illness. She is an inspiration and an asset to the nursing profession

Thank you for your comment about how dependable your Matron, Sue Devlin, is and I will be sure to let her know. Patients like yourself can gain much benefit from the support that the service can provide, as well as the care and support provided through times when you are particularly poorly must make you feel reassured.
