"very disappointed"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

supposed to come intve been ao hospitai for a back opperation.had pre opp did the lotions and drops rang as arrangedto find out what time to come in. Was told im not on computer so wont be donn e.No explaination as to why,iI have been waiting 3 years plus to get to the top of this list now just been disgarded.That was 8 days ago i have rang the secretaries every day they promise to ring me back after speaking to the consultant.but that never happened.Will ring again today.They dont realize what they do to people.
