I was offered the earliest possible date by the TRAQS person but accepted the earliest at the PRH. This was confirmed later. I was contacted by phone with a cancellation appointment the following day which I was able to accept. This example was exemplary both in the service provided by TRAQs and the subsequent clinical care provided by Mr. Eves and his team! Well Done!
