Booking process appalling – get given an appointment by TRAQs and cancelled 1 week later “please be assured, will contact when alternative appointment available”. I had no choice of hospital or appointment date or time.

Phoned Shrewsbury 3 weeks later and told he had been booked into adult clinic through TRAQs person said had to be seen at RSH as child. No appointment available.

When got letter through re appointment letter dated but not posted until one month later. Appointment at PRH but due to what previously told went to wrong hospital.

Our patient appointment was very good. Waiting room overcrowded but temporary building. All clinicians excellent (doctor + orthoptist). Very good explanations. Waiting time reasonable.
