About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

After feeling nervous about using the service, I attended the meeting and I really did benefit even from my first meeting. I because more relaxed and confident in continuing the service. : )

I really believe without this service I would of struggled more. Thanks to this I am looking at ways to better myself and continues to keep positive.
