About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

Thank god for inclusion, it has helped me to recognise my problem. The staff member who helped me was very good and very kind. He helped helped me relax and talk about my problems and thoughts.

The literature I was given is a great help too. It has helped me and given me confidence, and told me how to breathe when I am anxious.
