Dear tmage,

I am really sorry you feel this way about your recent stay in Crosshouse Hospital. It is clearly not the way we want people to feel. I have spoken to Mrs McGuire, the service manager and she would like to look into this further but we can’t do that without more details. We are keen to change anything we need to change, so I would like to encourage you to contact me on my personal email ( or phone me on 01563 826222 and in strict confidence, we can look into this for you.

Kind regards
