"hurtful lack of care & concern for my welfare."

Very disappointing in assessing me. No support offered or provided even tho I said I was suicidal. No outcome letter received 8 weeks after assessment even tho my GP clearly had been informed. Agreed outcomes from assessment appt not followed through & qualified assessor wouldn't give explanation. I feel my trust was betrayed & upset at the lack of help and support through a difficult time. The lack of concern and disinterest shown was unacceptable. I feel hurt and abandoned by the hospital. PALS complaint considered.
