Twice I have broken a tooth and twice phoned my dentist during opening hours to find no one picking up the phone & no proper answering message - it's just the prerecorded network "the person you are calling cannot answer at the moment, please leave a message after the tone".
Frankly, as I am on an expensive Denplan scheme I think this is unacceptable.
The only reason I have not changed dentist is that Denplan isn't transferable
