"appointments with gynaecology"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

After a hysteroscopy on the 14/5/2014 my paperwork stated that I would have an outpatient appointment in 3 weeks to discuss the results. After several phone calls I have finally received an appointment in September 4 months after the original appointment. Why if you cannot follow your own deadlines do you put these time scales on a patient's forms.
