"Excellent"

I went for my first appointment and was very nervous but straight away I was put at ease by my endriconologist. I felt that the service she offered was more than I would have expected and she went out of her way to make me feel at ease. I was made to feel part of the consultation and after years of seeing other medical professionals and gaining no result I came away feeling very positive, something that rarely happens! The whole process from start to finish was excellent; from the professionalism and the way that I was made to feel, something I feel that is sometimes lacking. I would highly recommend this department and have nothing but positive feelings for everyone in this department!
