About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

From my first point of contact with the reception staff employs to be helpful and pleasant. The Nursing staff either on the phone or in person were pleased to answer any queries in a friendly and professional manner. Moving on to the surgeon and the team of nurses what a fantastic team they make! I was made to feel at ease, I was provided with all the information on every procedure/option available for me. The care provided by this entire department is fantastic please pass on my thanks
