"My baby son was in hospital over ..."

What I liked

My baby son was in hospital over the Christmas period, it's never nice to be in hospital but it was particularly upsetting to be there at Christmas time. The fact that all of the staff were kind, friendly and professional made it so much easier. I cannot fault the staff at all or the care my son received in both A&E and the Children's ward. They were all fantastic from the cleaning staff to the consultants. My son even had a big sack of presents to wake up to on Christmas morning.

What could be improved

I cannot think of a single thing that could have been better.
