About: Wycombe Hospital

After a hip replacement on the Mon morning I was sent home on Wed at 9pm. It not their fault about the transport but no one checked that I was coming home to an empty house and I also felt unwell. I would of loved to just stayed another night. Coming home in the ambulance was very bumpy but the men put all my lights on for me soI I locked doors and sat in my chair and just cried and stayed there until morning. The food on ward was good as I am a veggie but no one cleaned or swept the ward floor, I only saw a cleaner clean the bathroom. Nurses were excellent even serving dinners where I think they should of just been nursing . All nurses were very kind but busy as were physio. It seemed once I could walk with crutches I was fit to go home. Since being at home I have had shivers not sure if this important or not just taking my own pain killers which does make me feel better.
