"Urgent care grossly understaffed"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

Sitting for 2 hours and my 11 daughter still has not even even been triaged. Told there was a shortage of nurses. This is not satisfactory. In the evenings there are no other options in the area - Teddington shut. No way to run things.
