"Booking Neurophysiology appointments"

About: Charing Cross Hospital / Neurology

(as the patient),

Charing Cross PALS are as always unresponsive and not doing what they are supposed to do when patients have issues.

This department's booking system solely runs by an answering machine - at times without. Nobody phones you back when requesting to reschedule. No communication, no rescheduling.

Contacted PALS - as always, no reply / or a sporadic reply leading nowhere. I simply give up. Perhaps, that's what they want.

Service is good at Charing Cross generally but once you need a rescheduling, you get nowhere. Also, the appointment was given in such a short notice. Unrealistic.
