"Incompetent students just be"

Im a paitent at the dental hospital in the orthodontic department, i had orthodontic spacers placed which are supposed to move the teeth slightly apart, however as my teeth moved it caused my wisdom tooth to push into my gum/bone causing bleeding, swelling in the area and intense pain. I went back to the hospital, and waited 2 hours to be seen by a team of students who were helpful and listened to me. Then along came some arrogant, student tutor, (not a dentist ) who didnt listen to me, told me what he thought was wrong which was that it was normal. I have been taken paracatomal, aspirin and codeine due to the pain and i was told by my gp not to continue with these painkiller as by this point i had been taking 10 aday for 4 days and he warned there was risk of overdosing and causing serious damage, he told me to go back to the hospital which i did. This incompetent male student tutor told me to carry on taking painkillers, and rinse with salt water. ( like rinsing with salt water is gonna ease the pain!) he then said he thought i had an infection, walked off and came back saying, there doesnt appear to be an infection and that i should wait to see my orthodontist. I told him that the pain was due to there being no space along the gum for my teeth to move which was causing me the pain. But he refused to listen. I as the patient knows my own body best! I will personally be holding him responsible for negliengence for giving me the medical advice to carry on with the painkillers as this contradicts all medical advice given. I have stopped the painkillers due to my own common sense, but im still in intense pain, and its hurts to even swallow.
