"accident and emergency is a joke"

This is the second time in a matter of weeks that I have had to deal with the a & e' s incompetence s, the waiting times are ridiculous, when I was waiting, I though I was going to go unconscious., I was vomiting and hyperventilating, yet I was not helped by anyone. Now my daughter has been taken y an ambulance, and she has been kept waiting, for over two hours, I thought ambulance cases were a priority ? I will be writing a letter to my M P tomorrow, this has got to be the worst hospital in the north west
