"messed about"

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

was admitted with foetal heart rate being high I was left all day until 7.15pm to even be monitored. none of the doctors agree on anything it was agreed to have a c section by one doctor it got to late that night the night staff refused my wish and decision to have one which I feel should be up to me. in the end I discharged myself as was not staying in to be messed around again. even thing of giving birth at another hospital as I dint feel cared for or looked after.

Thank you for letting us know about your concerns. I am sorry that you felt worried about your pregnancy and the welfare of your unborn child and that you did not feel that you received clear advice from the team looking after you. We would welcome the opportunity to be able to discuss the matter with you and to fully understand your concerns. If you feel able, could you kindly contact me either by email or telephone so that I can arrange a meeting. Thank you, Claire Roberts Associate Director of Patient Experience Tel: 01553 613459 or email claire.roberts@qehkl.nhs.uk
