"coffee shop staff near ward 18"

About: Wexham Park Hospital

I think the hospital need to be made aware of the rudeness of the member of staff serving at the coffee shop en route to ward 18. the member of staff serving did not acknowledge our presence nor did she show any assistance in being helpful. If you are to employ members of staff then they should at least be willing and helpful to assist their clientele. I think you might need to revisit who you employ!!!

The coffee shop is an externally run company and I have passed on your comments to Pat and Rob, the owners. They have responded to me and would also like to offer their sincere apologies.
