Brought my five year old daughter in today and am happy to report that the receptionists were pleasant, the sister was very friendly and sweet with my daughter, and the doctor saw us pretty quickly compared to other urgent care visits we've made. The waiting room wasn't super clean, but the only part that was really annoying was the noisy toys in the paediatric waiting room. While keeping the children entertained during long waits is important, it's also important not to drive the parents crazy in the process!
