"Minor Injury Unit - Fast and Effective"

I went into the minor injury unit in great pain, I was seen to quickly by a nurse who communicated everything she was doing, treated me with care and consideration and went above and beyond making me feel safe. Everything after that was exactly the same level of treatment. Everything was communicated to me and explained, all my questions were answered by a Doctor and Nurses who were all attentive and actively listened to me. The treatment was fast and effective. I was treated with great care the whole way through and ended up needing to go by ambulance to King Mill Hospital as the surgical team needed to see me. I couldn't have expected any more from the team there. During my visit I even commented about how everyone had been so great and looking back i'm even more grateful!
