What I liked

My poor mum had a fall and has broken her pelvis,she was taken to Nth Tyneside by ambulance and admitted through A&E to ward 2.This was very recent and i would like to comment on my first impressions,she has been treated with dignity and respect,put at ease and made to feel that nothing is too much trouble fro the nursing staff.I was kept informed and have nothing but praise for the staff,i hope this continues throughout her stay,please pass on my sincere thanks to all concerned.
