My mother, whom is 87, has recently used the continence service a couple of times and I have been very impressed. Both of her visits have been very informative and given her a renewed sense of confidence which is important to someone at 87 years old.
In general the service has been very good and the method and ways of reordering supplies has also been very efficient.
