"Whiston A&E Dept."

My elderly mother was admitted on a Saturday afternoon from her Nursing home due to her condition deteriorating quite severely. After a reasonable waiting time we were seen by a doctor who was very understanding and conducted tests and sent her for an x ray. All the time we were there we were impressed by the care and compassion of the staff taking care of our mum particularly the young student nurse and doctor who were excellent, and kept us informed at all stages of my mums condition. We were then joined by a very pleasant and understanding consultant to discuss my mums condition and the best options for us for the future. Thanks to all
