"Receptionist attitude"

About: Darent Valley Hospital

I visited childrens A&E last night with my 19 month old son and the attitude I got from the receptionist was disgraceful. No where near welcoming and a serious attitude. She didn't speak loud enough for me to hear her so a few times I misheared what she said and she got stroppy with me asking me the same question with a stinking attitude. I think the hospital need to remind there receptionists in particular that parents coming in with small children are already nervous and frightened and to be greeted my a miserable woman is not what I expected to see. Apart from that I love the hospital.
