Nurses calling patients from around a corner, nurse not visble to patients who were waiting and patients not fully visible to nurses.

Excellent service from Nurse Practitioner.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your experience in the Emergency Eye Centre (EEC) was not as positive as we would hope on 18th July 2014. It is important to us that comments are heard and seen as an opportunity provided to the service to make changes and improvements wherever possible.

In response to your comment, this will be fed back to the staff who work in the EEC on the 30th July 2014 at the departmental staff meeting, so that others don’t experience the same issues as you did.

Your positive comment has been relayed to the Nurse Practitioners on duty on the 18th July 2014
