"Good service despite overstretched staff"

About: Hereford County Hospital

Having taken an ambulance from my GP, I was well looked after by friendly paramedics and greeted by lovely staff in A&E who whilst appearing to be extremely over-stretched continued to be friendly, attentive & calm despite some difficult patients. It was sad to see how many patients were so rude & ungrateful to the staff so I feel it absolutely necessary to say thank you very much for the care I was given.
