"First class experience"

I recently underwent hand surgery at North Tees Hospital. The whole experience was first class and the team, led by the Orthopaedic Surgeon, were absolutely terrific from first consultation through to completion of the operation. Everything was explained, involving me in the decisions and everyone worked as part of a well organised and friendly team which gave me a great deal of confidence. The surgical result is good too! Without doubt I would recommend this team to everyone.
