"Unbeatable, considerate and speedy treatment"

My elderly mother took a fall yesterday afternoon, so I took her to minor injuries first thing this morning to get her checked over. We were called in almost immediately and seen by two lovely, kind, caring nurses who competently and efficiently assessed mum, evaluated her injuries and made her feel at ease. They treated her sensitively and with dignity. Mum and I were involved in their decisions and left feeling thoroughly satisfied with the treatment received. Thank you for your kindness this morning.
